Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers basic rooms with everything you need, although they are small for the price paid. The service was a mix of chaotic professionalism and helpfulness, but some staff lacked empathy. The location is ideal for a trip to Peppa Pig World, but noise from the vicinity affected my stay. The dining experience was a mix of the best and disorganized. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were excellent with outstanding views, but the continuous noise from what seemed to be a loud extractor or generator was quite annoying. The compact bathroom was fine for one person, and the amenities like tea-making facilities, wifi, and a large TV were good.
Despite a few hiccups, my stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms, although a bit cramped for the number of guests, were bright, airy, and seemed recently refurbished. The service, especially after my complaint, was exceptional - the young staff were all friendly, polite, and very accommodating. The location, situated in a beautiful park near the University, was perfect for my needs. Dining had its ups and downs, with some freshly prepared dishes but also disappointments in quality. Facilities were decent overall.
I had booked this particular hotel for a romantic getaway after a difficult time and was pleased with the nice, quiet room that had a large, very comfortable bed. However, the noise from generators on the roof of the conservatory prevented me from opening the windows, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were beautifully decorated with huge windows offering a light and airy feel. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed a lovely hot shower with great water pressure. The view overlooking the gardens during the Easter weekend bird display was delightful. However, there were some service issues to note.
The hotel rooms were quiet and comfortable, though lacking in character due to their standard design. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were a credit to the hotel. The location, colorful and well-kept, offered plenty of wildlife sightings, enhancing the overall experience. The dining was exceptional, with delicious meals that left nothing to be desired. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
